Help loosing power on high gears!!!!

Just got my truck back today from oil pump and main bearings. They did a fresh oil change too, they used delvac and baldwin filters. Did a regular 180 round trip today and truck didn't feel the same. When I would down shift it felt like the gear wouldn't last and had to downshift an extra gear. Truck is a 2011 cm2250 450 502,000 miles. Can the baldwin fuel filter affect my power?

I run Baldwin filters and have never had any problems but that is on an 871.
Maybe the new bearings? After they get some run time engine should loosen up a bit and spin a little easier.
