isx top end question.

I have 03 volvo, isx1.1 mil, uses 3/4 gallon oil between changes. im getting overhead ran since its been like 200.000 since last. last time mechanic said looked good no issues, this time going to a volvo dealer, should i be getting something showing what was checked and adjusted? And is their specific things i should be asking them to check while they are in the top end? thanks for any guidance.

YES, have the detent clearance checked very closely. This post explains. it starts at "Checking for worn out valve seats".
