Oil Pressure drop
02 CM570
Oil pressure this new year morning drop from 17psi idle to 10 idle , also driving 63mph pressure was 38psi normally. Now 27 psi going 63 mph !
I just replaced main oil filter ‘ no change in pressure, I added a gallon oil and quart of gear lube.
Engine inframed 250k ago , new head, new oil pump !
No power lost or engine codes , truck runs excellent new turbo 2500 miles ago and oil lines to turbo.

To some point. If bearing spun crank or camshaft will be destroyed.

RE: Oil Pressure drop
Well you have lost 10psi so something is wrong. I would be scared to drive it like that if it were mine.

I would start by removing valve cover and see what you can see.
