Verify with a mechanical gauge.

RE: Oil Pressure drop
I would just get a decent 50 or 100psi gauge with a hose on it that you could then adapt to either the orb fitting the sensor is in or to a plug that can be removed by oil filter. Or just try another sensor and see if pressures are the same. For me if I had a spare sensor I would just put it in and check pressures at idle and revved up. But if readings are still low it's not healthy for cam, rod, mains as Cummins already runs to low in my book compared to a Detroit running 55-60psi

Am I damaging engine by running this oil pressure!

until you know exactly what it is .. YES, IT can be potentially VERY HARMFUL!@

even so, that is too low of oil pressure for the engine to lubricate itself properly if it is actually that low. The top end is starving of oil, and pistons may not be cooled properly.

RE: Oil Pressure drop
I replaced sensor with old stock backup,
That was my fix, holding 20 psi Idle and 38psi road speed .
Thank You drivers for advice and knowledge!
Blessings to All , Happy 2020 :)
