CM 2250 Oil cooler Failure

2012 CM2250 with 835k mi. getting oil in coolant so I tore it down for oil cooler, Found this piece of casting trash setting on the cooler and wore a hole in it, Put test plates on and pressurized and it was very clearly leaking, See pics. Thought ya'll might find this interesting
