First connect to calterm okay got an adapter chineses inline 6 with insite 8.7 and the adapter is found but won't connect to ecm. So I switched to calterm and it will connect but get (detected ecm identifier (??) For the ecm with device address 0x02 is not matched to expected value (g1) for selected product BDH)). I'm using a older efcg file because I haven't found the right one yet. Is this the reason im getting that message?

RE: First connect to calterm Okay there's only 3 modules on the network. The vgt acuator, engine ecm, and tcm. I think I have a connection issue on the crossover plug from engine harness to oem harness. And can't disconnect the vgt because the built in termination resistor. But have unplugged the tcm and no change. Tried the backbone plug as well but always the same. Gunna chase my problem more tomorrow I appreciate the info.
