ISX15 to x15 2012 Pete

What all is needed go from an ISX15 to an x15 on a 2012 Pete? ISX15 is a cm2250 and the x15 is a cm 2450. I am looking for a solution to re pin the truck to ecm harness. I see they sell a kustom harness just trying to avoid the 2 month wait on the harness. We start harvesting corn next Monday.

ISX15 left the dealership after an oil change and locked up 5 miles down the road. Someone put 10wt hydraulic in it….

First of all, I would suggest rebuilding the engine that came with it. If not then a short block and rebuild.

As far as putting a CM2450 engine in its place... the old engine wiring harness, old ecm, old turbo and old exhaust manifold manifold if necessary ... any other sensor swapped over to new engine that does not directly plug into the older harness, etc. - and then have a custom program made for the old ecm to run the newer model engine. The older ecm should also run the newer injectors without issues, so keep the newer injectors.
