RE: Oil Pressure drop I would just get a decent 50 or 100psi gauge with a hose on it that you could then adapt to either the orb fitting the sensor is in or to a plug that can be removed by oil filter. Or just try another sensor and see if pressures are the same. For me if I had a spare sensor I would just put it in and check pressures at idle and revved up.
