RE: cm2250 derate yes.. the first priority is to get it to pass a rail leak test, as specified in this video... ref: http://rawze.com/forums/showthread.php?t...2#pid69262 after you can get to pass a rail leak test with less than 4,000 psi leak rate in one minute.. then you can start with the other issues.
