Ok so I’m having a similar issue, same engine 2350 same code, I lose power loaded up hills and empty I’m fine, I ran a injector leak test and my truck held pressure, so now what do I do? I’ve replaced the fuel pressure sensor and the pressure relief valve, I’m desperate need of help,

plungers are likely sticky in the fuel pump?.
