(Metaphorically, as a truck owner)...
Imagine going to the hospital/doctor to get a life saving operation after a vehicle crash only to find out the doctor about to cut you open, 'did not go to any kind of school, ever' .. and has only copied off others, doctor beating their brains out by themselves mostly to 'figure it all out as they go', not even knowing the names of half the organs inside you, or what they are for, ... trying to convince themselves 'it ain't that complicated' etc.. , as he is standing over you with that scalpel?????!!?>.

- How would you suddenly feel?.

- And when you ask them later on about why half your vital organs are cut up, missing, and why you are required to have a dialysis-machine for the rest of your life, when it was supposed to only be a hip replacement, ... they get mad at you and say 'they been doing it like this for 10+ years!!!..''' with that arrogant false sense of self confidence.. as you are withering away and dying by the day.

10 doctors later,.. and you come across the ONE GUY who explains everything properly, and shows you everything and every mistake the last 9 doctors have done in there, and now you see all the damage for yourself. It makes your blood boil over because the last 9 people you have seen after having nothing but repeated suffering.. and all that wasted time and moneys, all because... THAT FIRST DOCTOR WAS TOO LAZY OR PROUD TO TAKE PROPER TRAINING, CONVINCING HIMSELF THAT THERE IS A SHORTER WAY TO LEARN IT!!! .. then none of this permanent damage, and chasing your tail for years with failure after failure would have ever taken place the first time.

Unless you go over to mumble and start learning this stuffs correctly, you're essentially wasting your time completely. It will take you 10x to 20 x times longer to learn it on your own, and for no reason at all. Most people do not spend more than a couple-three weeks learning via mumble (typically 1-2 hour sessions per day), and going on to creating their own solutions... where EVERYTHING is understood, and not just a bunch of mindless guessing. Copying stuffs out of people's engines and comparing it all is pointless and mindless,.. and makes for a lot of assumptions and bad habits. It only makes for bigger and bigger messes.

What you're trying to learn all on your own, and are beating your brains out so hard about, is exactly why the mumble server exists. The more you try to do stuffs on your own, and without professional guidance... the harder and more waste of time that you will end up at. You even say it yourself in your own post up there.. 'beating your brains out'... and 'cant figure out why' /.... because there is NO GUESSING, and NO ASSUMING of absolutely ANYTHING in there when someone learns to do things right.

It's like trying to build the latest, fastest PC out there, spending $10k+ on all the individual parts, and everything arrives in a box all jumbled up. And then instead of taking the extra 10 minutes to stop and read the manual(s) as you go along with your first build, so that you don't blow anything up, you decide to run off to the local butcher-shop PC store, and look inside all the butchered up PC's there (of which are not even build right most of the time), because you're too stubborn or proud to simply OPEN THE DAMN MOTHERBOARD MANUAL THAT IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU AT YOUR FINGERTIPS, SIMPLY BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW ALONG, AND TAKE THE TIME TO LEARN IT AS YOU GO instead?.

Doing things with a blind mans approach ALWAYS costs 10x the efforts in the end with 10x the issues, false assumptions, 10x the mis-understandings, and 10x poorer results.

- Now how ridiculous does that really sound when looking at it from the outside, watching someone else struggle, when the correct info, methods, etc. literally right in front of you all along?...because that is what you are essentially doing according to your first post.


Also, if your 'mm' document does not say 2021 at the top, then it is not likely a full version and is missing a lot of content pertaining to newer engines too. Hanging out over on mumble, you would have found this out fairly quickly.
