2013 ISX 15 rapid sudden coolant consumption

I think that power steering fluid is just filthy from before, fluid looks real clean inside.
That is a 10 micron filter? Unless im mistaken, says 10 right on the top lip, the radiator hose is definitely rusted, ill get to that asap, the brine and salt they throw on the mountains aint help, also changed water in fuel sensor probably 6 months ago, had the WIF light come on again couple months before this happened, now it wants to turn on again. Can the sensor failed again that quickly? Davco bowl issue? I bought the water absorbing socks for the tanks just to make sure and they came out clean.
