2016 Lonestar Cummins ISX15 CM2350 Odd Situation
What’s going on truckers hope you’re all doing well .
I have a 2016 International Lonestar with an ISX15 CM2350. I bought it about four years ago, drove it about 2 and a half years before I quit trucking and decided to pursue diesel mechanics. Since I have tried to diagnose this truck on my own with not much success. It first began to throw injector and SCR codes which I used to clear with a SnapOn scanner before I was educated on diesel diagnostics (not a very good idea because I was clearing codes that were giving me very valuable information) I ran it that way for about 6 months before it finally threw a stop engine code but since all the DTC’s were cleared it was just a stop engine and SCR Operator Inducement code.

... just recently performed and ECM recalibration which revealed a list of codes:

- 249: Ambient Air Temp Sensor 1 Circuit: Voltage High/ Short to High
- 1241: Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor 2 Circuit: Voltage Low/ Short to Low
- 1845: Water-In-Fuel Indicator Sensor Circuit: Voltage High/ Short to High
- 2398: Ambient Air Temp: Data Erratic/ Intermittent/ Incorrect
- 3567: Aftertreatment DEF Dosing Valve Circuit: Current Below Normal/ Open
- 4572: DEF Tank Temperature: Abnormal Update Rate
- 4677: DEF Tank Level: Abnormal Update Rate
- 6656: SCR Monitoring System Malfunction “Special Instructions/ Condition Exists”

Though I understand what all these codes mean I’m not quite sure how to diagnose such a daunting electrical system issue which it seems to me electrical in this case is the system most obviously effected. Truck has been sitting for almost a year if not a bit more, would like to get it back up and running soon. (ECM is a reman unit bought and programmed just before I stopped trucking, CPC I think is good because it was communicating with Diamond Logic Builder, however intermittently the Dump Suspension light on the dash flashes, other than that there are no other obvious faults other than the ones listed above.) Any pointers or tips/ help would be greatly appreciated.
