I don't understand your question about a file being stock to the truck?

Pull the ERG delta-P sensor off and also its mounting block. Put new sensor on if you have not already, and clean out that block. It likes to get slightly dirty and make the sensor read incorrectly.

Those numbers show that the DPF can is not in good shape. Rem,ove it and the DOC unit, have them professionally baked, de-ashed, and flow tested (NO LIQUID METHODS!!!). / Cleaned at an OEM certified facility.

BTW: you can do 50 parked regens in a row... all it will achieve is about 2-3% cleaner at best. - The regn process on the truck absolutely sucks and it cannot clean those cans very well .. is only there to make it last a bit longer between having them removed (usually every 200k miles or so) to get professionally cleaned. Maybe the place that did it is not too good at what they did?.-- who knows... because after a proper cleaning, etc.. the numbers on that far right column (inhg) should be in the 1.3 - 1.9x range, and the average across all the regens should be below 3.0 overall. - SO... all those numbers in that screen shot look waay to high for a clean, properly running system.

What was asked about your program is .. did some idiot 'Uprate' the hp in the engine?. ... this makes for the aftertreatment to act up like mad if someone did not put an exact matching file in it. - You can check it by listing your engine ser# on here, and by checking the program name at the top of the screen (in the title-bar for the window) in Insite while connected and listing it on here as well.. so someone can look it up to see if it matches.
