Intermittent CM2250 stalling only at idle

Hey everyone, I have a CM2250 and it appears to randomly stall at idle.
One of the times it stalled out I was monitoring some parameters in Calterm.
Fuel commanded was @ 750 bar while actual dropped below 500 bar and it stalled.

Fuel gear pump is new within a year, I’ve changed all fuel filters and separator. Fuel lines are also new and were replaced at the same time as the fuel gear pump.
Pressurized the fuel system and did not seek any leaks. The engine also seems louder right after it’s started back up after a stall. So far every time it’s stalled the truck was on a hill, tanks were at half full or higher, and A/C was on. Sometimes it will start right up after a stall and only one other time it was a little bit harder to crank.

When truck is off I haven’t seen a drop in rail pressure it seems to maintain. I’m at a loss, any help is appreciated.
