isx12 cm2250 fuel pressure only builds if injector harness is disconnected

i had an identical match for part number right next to it last week. i would have had to use a fleet count to swap it to the right code and than another to swap it back i suppose. but would have been worth it in my eyes before ordering a new ecm.
