I currently have nearly 180k on the setup he tweaked in Feb/March of 2019. ----> 2250 modded ecm program running a 2350 engine. Very interesting the details that make those 2 engine types differ and like he mentioned before, most would never know as the 2250 ecm would initailly appear to run the 2350 with no issues.

Talked to them on the phone. Seem like some nice ppl.

They decided to put the 2250 ecm and wiring harness back on the truck, start over with it, and have that original 2250 ecm and wiring harness run the 2350 long-block and hardware.

I had them flash the old ecm back to stock programming (it had a bad delete in it /mentioned above ) and start over with a clean program.

They sent me the program out of the Cm2250 ecm. I edited all the settings inside it to run that 2350 block, cam, turbo, the 2350 injectors and trim codes, compression ratio, fuel-air-mix, intake & exhaust flow logic, etc.etc.etc. - all the engine-based settings according to the 2350's ser# and hardware. Hopefully this will fix them up, and hopefully there is nothing wrong with that used engine, as it has 250k miles on it or so and may have had a delete program in it as well?-- unsure what harm it may have had done to it by the last owner. maybe they will have good luck with it, at least the programming should now be ok for it.
