If all the lights in the dash are going out at the same time, it is most likely an electrical issue.

... however you mentioned fuel system issues as well...

Will it pass a rail pressure leak-down test?

Next, does the fuel pump have more than 400k miles of run time on it since the last time its guts were changed?
