| RE: About isx like chamber said, we can't read your mind, need more info on the truck. year, make, model, what transmission/# of gears, what's the rear end ratio. What are you pulling? van? reefer? flatbed? specialized? Lot and Lots of Q's. Read up on doing an EGR Tune-up. Also take a quick read through "My Book linked at the top of the website. Lots of good info for buying and starting to maintain a truck. As far as regular maintenance that's a good place to start.
