user fuel state derate?

VGT wont be going back on at the moment since whatever jackwagon at the dealership installed it cross threaded the fittings going into control box and now it has no threads. so non VGT is whats on it and staying for awhile.

the load based speed control in the features is at the max of 1800 RPM and always have been. so it may be that but i have no way of knowing for sure.
