What is the enigne ser#?. Make/model truck?... etc.etc.? and maybe some history of when it started, etc?.

Did anyone bother to do a proper injector leak test on it?.

Did anyone bother to do an over head valve inspection and adjustment on it?.

Did anyone bother to do basic tune-up work to it like replacing IMAP, exhaust BP, and other old sensors, clean piping out, do CAC leak tests, turbo inspections.,.. etc.etc.etc.?/.

and if trash was found in a fuel line fitting.. then the whole fuel line system and IFSM, etc. needs to be torn apart and cleaned out, flushed, etc.

and last but not least... is this engine deleted?.. (de-mandated)? .. because if so, that could be causing the surging,.. or greatly contributing towards the surge issue.. hiding the actual cause of faults,..etc.. and/or creating a ghost issue. - If it is then copy the program from the ecm and e-mail it to me for a review of what someone has done in there, as more then 90% of all delete programs are harmful trash.

Your playing with fire, and for all you know, that program could be ripping the guts out of that engine more and more every mile you drive it. Get that program pulled and looked at IMMEDIATELY!!!.

and do the other things I mentioned above.

and you did not supply an engine ser#... so I still don't have any clue as to what engine you actually have there.
