VG Turbos and Actuators Interchangeability

Hello I was wondering if anyone could tell me if 871//2250/2350 turbos and actuators are all interchangeable with one another? I have a couple turbos and actuators kicking around and can’t remember what they came off of. I have a cm871, cm2350 and an X15 (year2020). I realize there’s different sizes of turbos but more curious if I have say a HE400VG off a CM 871 can I install it on my CM2350 which also has a HE400VG or vice versa, can it be installed on the X15 as well? Also is there any way to bench test the actuator itself? I’ve watched Rawze’s video on checking for play but wondering if there’s a way to check the electronics/movement off the truck.

871's did not have 400 series turbos on them, therefore did not have 400 series actuators either.

Some of the X15 turbo's have a 350 series actuator designs and different coolant flow... so that would be a no as well.
