unplug the actuator on the pump, that defaults it to full fuel. Do not leave it like that once it starts.

they are not this hard to bleed, i think you have another problem.

Unplugged the fuel actuator, cranked a number of times, no dice. Pulled the supply from the injector pump to the rail, funneled some diesel into the pump, put line back, cranked, nothing.

Uni, what else do you think might be at fault here?

New gear pump messing up injector pump?

if you have the high pressure pump unplugged and you still have no pressure you have a pump issue most likely. i would tear the head off it and start checking it over.

Will do in the morning! I pulled the pump diag from quickserve, but didn’t see any tear down procedures. If it needs rebuilt, can I do that on the truck or would I need to remove it from the truck?

Remove pump from the truck, clean pump before open.
