Google search bulkhead connectors till you find the one you have on your current truck. Then just repin it. I can tell you that the bulkhead connectors for that truck are some of the easiest to find.

I'm also not totally positive that the 3 wire throttle position wire are compatible with the cm871 ECM. There may be a few other things that need rewired. Oh and the fact that there is no DOC and DPF on the 07' cm870 means you'll have to have your cm871 ECM properly reprogrammed to run without them
