2015 prostar isx15 cm2350 fault code 2754 im having a reoccurring issue with fault code 2754 on a 2015 international prostar with a cummins isx15 cm2350. i have followed all of the trouble shooting for this fault code lined out on quickserve. several intake and exhaust leaks have been corrected. the dpf was sent out and cleaned. the doc had to be replaced. i reset everything dpf replated using insite after reinstalling. the only thing in the trouble shooting that still doesnt pass is the regen analyzer. it fails for "engine percent load above max specification". quick serve instructs me to run a fuel injector performance test. it passes this test. retested to be sure. quick serve says that the fueling adaptation coefficients need reset if the test passes. i followed the procedure on quick serve and it seems to be just a fuel injector reset. i removed injectors and inspected. everything appears to be good. i reset the injectors after reinstalling. the truck will do fine for part of the day then fault code 2754 comes back. the regen analyzer still fails for the same thing and during a regen the percent load bounces between 3 or 5 % and then maxes out at 100% staying at 100 most of the time during the regen. any help would be appreciated. sorry if i asked this question in the wrong place. im new here. | |||

RE: 2015 prostar isx15 cm2350 fault code 2754 first of all, the DOC --AND-- the DPF, BOTH should have been removed and professionally cleaned with proper machinery at a certified stealers%it. This means baked, de-ashed, and flow tested on proper OEM approved machinery (and no fluids used for the cleaning process). An SCR inspection done to ensure it was not sooty, cracked, or clogged. A decomp tube inspection done to ensure there is not a 'Volcano' built up in it... info: http://rawze.com/forums/showthread.php?t...07#pid1807 -- Ensure that the exhaust system is not clogged up anywhere, otherwise. Dead squirrel in the bottom of the stack,etc. .. a person never knows ... I have seen stranger things. -- During all of this maintenance, you should also have done a thorough EGR tune-up where you replace the IMAP and other EGR sensors, remove and clean out the EGR Delta-P sensor block, replace the Delta-P sensor with a new one, and clean out the piping, etc. to go with it all. It is the ENGINE that creates dpf issues.. not the dpf itself. A 'dpf replacement procedure' performed in Insite after everything is all nice and clean, etc. and re-installed, everything was put back together. and instead of that completely useless 'injector performance test' which has never done anybody any good at all.. you should have done an injector leak-down test.. exactly like this article/video shows.. and ensure it passes it with flying colors. This means baked, de-ashed, and flow tested on proper OEM approved machinery (and no fluids used for the cleaning process).all of those things have been done already except for replacing all the sensors. all egr components were removed and cleaned. dpf was sent out and cleaned professionally along with being flow tested. the decomp tube didnt have any build up and scr had been removed and inspected. the doc was replaced with new because it had some damage and was questionable. ill look for the egr tune up info. thanks | |||

RE: 2015 prostar isx15 cm2350 fault code 2754 i also forgot to ask if you have any idea why the engine percent load would be maxed out at 100% during a regen. i understand that it shouldnt be more than 5% | |||
