Did you save ECM image before doing modification?
Use saved ECM image to configure ECM after modification and everything should work fine.

There are lots of people who do that themselves. It works perfectly for them. You must have done something very wrong.

I hear their mumble server would be the place to discuss such things without the protection bot getting you.
