I know this is a trucker forum but this is a long shot for me. Do any of you out here have any experience with the SAM on a 2010 Mercedes GL350? I got one giving me fits. The rear windows will not work and the shop I took it to says I need the SAM....From my experience in the truck world We have always been able to flash if or just reset it.
When I get out of the truck and shut down in a few minutes I'm going to call you at your shop. I'm stuck in a traffic jam.
I have an old friend in Dallas Texas that specializes in German hi performance and luxury vehicles. I know he can help you. He has hacked Mercedes, Porsche and BMW software and etc, to solve various controllers that power windows and other stuff.
Not enough space to cover his skills with German cars here, but to sum it up, he would have to be Rawze's long lost brother if Rawze had one.
