I keep hearing about this "screen" inside the DEF tank. On one of Rawze's videos he even talks about it. I have a 2013 Pete 386 with an ISX. Any info on where this is located and how to take it out and clean it.

This is filter not screen. You need just buy new one and replace the old.
Filter located at the bottom of DEF tank from inside the frame. You can see round ribbed plastic cap.
Engine should be off, use safety glasses as some could be in cap. Unscrew cap. Pull old filter out and install new on. Make sure all O-rings are set properly. Be careful with tools to unscrew don't destroy cap.
