I had the code 4364 fmi 18 pop up so i did some searching, and did my diagnostics according to what i found. I found a leak, theres an image attached.
[attachment=3127] Also took off def injector, found it pretty plugged up. The decomp tube wasn't plugged but the hole where the injector goes was plugged up.

[attachment=3125] Picture with the yellow circle show how small the hole was before i poked it through. I cleaned it out.
[attachment=3126] Will get some new clamps and gaskets for the scr tube and try to run it tomorrow to see where the leak is coming from for sure. I will also be replacing the def filter. Any advice is appreciated.

Also would like to know if it is normal wear and tear to see a little corrosion here on the side?

On the picture with yellow circle it was a white thermo gasket to protect nozzle from high temperature.
I did it too.

I keep getting this damn code too!! I already switched out def injector and hose. Cleaned out scr can and code still pops up!!! It's driving me crazy!! Is that pic of the harness the tube that connects to def injector from def tank?

My guess is a bad batch of DEF. That code is a wild goose chase.

Don't think so because I put def from gallon and it has a date on there. It's only good for I believe 6 months or 1 yr can't remember what unilevers told me.

I have read somewhere the shelf life is 18 mo but I believe I read on here that it should be 12 mo

And yes the line i labeled leaking is a line that runs back to the tank.

Yeah I'm stuck..... I replaced just about everything even rear nox sensor because I thought that was it but read good on insite and decided to still swap it. Maybe def pump?
