In the Regin Report def fuel tank temperature most of the time display 43F-46F. I just want to know why temperature not changing to more or down. If anyone knows about this can you please advise me. I think temperature sensor okay.

DEF temperature controlled by computer. It will open heating system valve and heat or thaw if DEF is frozen.
If you have Insite check DEF temperature in morning time should be as outside temp.
