I have a 2011 peterbilt 386 and it's drinking coolant like koolaid. No obvious leaks but the coolant is mixing with the oil. We replaced the compressor and it was determined to be overpressuring the coolant reservior. After replacing the over pressuring of the reservior has stopped and now instead of going thru 4 gallons of coolant it uses much less in same time. Any suggestions? Also the turbo is seeping oil now.
How many miles on engine? / truck?

some history?

What is the HP of the enigne? - settings?

Is it factory stock programming or de-mandated or customn tuned? if so, who did it?
It has 650k on it, been de-mandated by previous owner, 600 hp,
It's a 2011 peterbilt 386
Lest see ...

De-mandated by unknown shop? -- Likely unknown HP level then. and 650k miles?

Since 95% of all DE-mandate programming results in a blown head gasket or a cracked head,.. Unless it was done by someone recommended by this forum, My first guess is that you are most likely the victim of a bad delete!.

Also, When is the last time the fuel pump plungers and tappets were replaced?--- You may also be driving a ticking time bomb ready to destroy the entire engine with zero warning. A well known issue with those 2250 and 2350's. The guts of the fuel pump should be replaced every 400k miles or less to prevent this.
I have no idea when or if they have been replaced. I plan on looking into it as well.
Is it a factory 600 hp motor, or turned up to 600 hp via the computer? If turned up, you are sitting on a boat anchor waiting to happen. Odds are, you need an in frame. If what they did with the tune is what I think they did, you have very serious issues.
Sounds like you are probably right. It was turned up from the ecm.

I would suggest a trip to Mr. Hags down in atlanta with it. You can loosen the rad cap so that pressure cannot build up and zip-tie a rag over the top of it so it will not fall off and bob-tail it down there.
