Sounds to me like it's a plate the goes in front of the def injector ti protect it from the exhaust flow...$250 environmental fee? Ouch

I would almost bet that it is going to do it again. DEF buildup in the SCR system is a sign of a leaking DEF injector.

I cannot get over these “environmental fees” that they charge!! Unfreakingbelievable!!!!
