Guys,
Thanks for your input. Got to the RV and connected the Insite. I cleared the fault codes, restarted everything, run the engine and no fault codes (active or inactive).
I did run the injector test and injector No. 1 make no difference when enabled or disabled. All other injectors drop the RPM. No fault code.
Where do I go from here?

Cummins quickserve. Register your engine for free. It'll have all the instructions on troubleshooting your injectors and how to replace them if need bee. Plus miles of great information for other problems, campaigns, recalls and much more specific to your engine. It'll also have the original file that should be in the ECM and any updates you may need.
