I have one truck a 2015 prostar. About once a year after an complete engine service the trucks next trip gets a 1141. The code comes and goes the next morning when i check it the code is inactive and does not have a miss. The driver complains on his trip the light comes on and off. I dont believe its actually the injector any one have any ideas.

Is there any injector circuit codes? If not it probably is a malfunctioning injector. If it is repeatable you could move it to a different hole and see if the problem follows.

No circuit code the code no longer goes active but after a service it will activate to inactivate for a couple days then stay off for good.
