Would you dare try it?

I love the idea, and it would be great if it worked but..........
to put it bluntly --- HELL NO! not on my truck!.
That's kind of what I was thinking. Lord knows the isx could use something like this that works. .. but I can see a dowsnide that scares the crap out of me!
The first million miles on my engine worked just fine without some magic liquid cures. Nothing beats good maintenance and keeping your engine and fuel system healthy to begin with.

I've always wondered how much is lost due to the amount of soot in the head of the isx. I know mine has a darn near half inch buildup on everything. a was looking at this before. ......

But I'm not willing to risk a $30,000 rebuild to chase 1/2 mpg.

If you have so much build-up after 700k that it costs you 1/2 gallon mpg, your head would be done any ways. -- It would be time to replace the whole head.

Also, I know of more than a few people who lost their engine because they tried to clean out the intake at the head. As soon as you start knocking any buildup loose,.. It is high risk for a chunk of it to come off and destroy a cylinder or valve seat. -- I mention not cleaning inside the intake of the head in my Tune-up videos.

That is what I have seen any ways.
This fluid may work if turbo was removed and was alowed to soak with housings off and then brake cleaned and dryed with compressed air. This way if carban chucks came off it wouldn't go threw engine. This way turbo could be cleaned well without risk. Just my thoughts.
