I have a 2005 cm870 timing actuator with orings instead of a gasket and cummins in Augusta cant tell me the part number or if the gaskets work on these. Any one know what the part number for the orings would be?
The injector testing tool 3164001 comes with orings part number 3867640, perhaps that’s the same oring for the actuator?

Otherwise go to Quickserve with your engine serial number and look up the actuator and oring part number. I can look it up on my engine in a bit and see what Quickserve calls for, I have a CM870 too
Quickserve doesn't show it on any of my engines
1 x 3045986 & 3 x 3044297 per actuator.

Quickserve just shows a gasket on mine. For some reason part numbers aren’t showing up today
Yes the flat gaskets will work, they're the same actuators as the 871 that use them.
