I can move the hose coming out of the fuel pump going thru the electric pump up to the fuel plate. When I move it, the horn sound changes with the movement.

Recently cleaned the actuator to clear a 1347 fm3.

Now the horn noise.

Is it the actuator allowing to much fuel thru with high pressure? Or
Bad fuel pump gears/bearings? Or
Chaffing from theFuel plate behind the ECM that holds the fuel filter?

Any feedback and thoughts before I dump a couple grand into a new fuel pump. Fuel pump parts was upgrade but still original housing and probably gears/bearing/cam.

I have a new actuator that should be here tomorrow. I can eliminate that as soon as that part comes in.

Just scared to get back on road and bust a fuel pump and destroy my motor any more that she could already be.

Your thoughts and a video is attached.
Video is with my iPhone, so it will not attach..
maybe post video on yutube?

Starts the horn noise about 12 seconds into the video.
