I just bought this truck and it has the frame mount spin on primary fuel filter FF2203 140 micron. Im looking to replace it with a 10 micron filter. Does anyone know of a 10 micron spin on filter or am I gonna need to mount a Davco system?

I found a spin on marine application fuel/water separator part# fs1013 but I have no idea whether it'll fit on the current filter mount.

I also don't understand why KW doesn't have some sort of water separator from factory. Any help would be appreciated.
