Has anyone seen this code??
MID128 SID380 FM11 I guessing it has something to
do with regen system on my ISX

Maybe I got it wrong, but the error I found says...

FC-1664: Aftertreatment 1 Diesel Oxidation Catalyst Missing - Error Exists.

????

not sure if that is the right translation for the code.

Maybe check to see if someone stole it from out under your truck? -- Or perhaps a broken exhaust pipe between the back of the turbo and the DOC unit?

I replaced DOC almost a year ago exactly with an
aftermarket one. Cost was about 1000 bucks less than the OEM DOC from Cummins.

Turbo was replaced in Feb. all pipes good as far as i can tell. How long before the thing clogs up?? last regen was this morning. i only drove about 350mi today..

you said alot right there.

Aftermarket DOC, BIG NO, No!!!!!!!!!

Need check with insite sensors on the aftertreatment. If one of them is not working this code will set. Probably bad wires.

dealer in Des Moines wants 325 for 2hr diagnostic.
I going to check out Power Diesel instead. Google gives them good reviews...

That was Pro Diesel...
