Well looks like I am going to have to get engine. Anyone ever dealt with Kerns? Looking at buying a used ISX15 CM2350 450hp.

does the engine you have, not have any kind of warranty? .. and what about the shop that built it?. do they not offer any kind of warranty for their work?

An X15 is not an easy swap for a CM2350.

and why can't the 2350 you have already, not be rebuilt?.

How did you come to that conclusion?

All the gears in the front of the motor have damaged teeth, missing. So all that metal is somewhere in that engine. I only had a 12 month warranty, it's been 16 months since the work was done plus they only do road side service now. East coast diesel in Atlanta.

drag that truck over to Mr. hags... let him tell ya what your options are.

I talked with them on the phone today options are new motor. The gear on the crank is missing two teeth. Every other gear has damage as well. Thanks for the info I am in process of getting used engine. Mr Hags told me the place I'm getting engine from are good people and will do me right. I found out today this place is right down the road from where I used to live. Use to take my kids to High Fall motocross track.
