Hey guys, been a while since I've been on here. Just recently bought a newer truck, it's a 2017 Peterbilt 389 has a 550/1850 Cummins in it. 18 speed, 3.36 gears. It has 610,000 on the odometer just wanted to see what kind of maintenance I should go through and do on it, sensors and the like. Also considering demandating it. It runs really good so far just not getting the fuel economy that my old Cm871 gave me after being demanded.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!
at 600k miles and those tall 3.36 rears.. expect a million miles worth of wear due to it being lugged its whole life below 1500rpm.
As far as sensors, Exhaust gas pressure, differential pressure, and oil pressure off the rip, If the pump has never been serviced anyone here would recommend to service your fuel pump. Clean entire EGR system. Change your crankcase filter (preferably with permanent)..... ADJUST THE VALVES. Not enough people do this regular enough.
