Because that Zinc number is awful low for regular Rotella-T

ISX's love to have about 1100-1400 ZDDP in them for best longevity (most low pressure oil system engines are this way).

I also would not say that 'it looks good', like in the comments of the oil sample yet either. Iron still higher than it should be, although it is improved.

Keep running regular Rotella-T in it (not syn or syn-blend). and 1 gallon of gear lube.. and hopefully that iron should keep coming down.

Do oil changes based on average fuel mileage and NOT some random damn number/interval that you were told...

That was not Rotella. That was the drain I did to put in the Rotella and gear oil back in August. They just now got the report back to me.
First sample back since switching to Rotella T4 and a gallon of gear oil.
