But of course...it's a diagnostic connection fee and an automatic one hour of labor to bill for. Tell them you have your own laptop and Inline/Insite, so you won't pay for that because you can do this yourself and watch them get P O'd!
Hell for what they charge for that alone, two fees more than pays for your own Chinese Inline connector.
The sad part is, telling other people and having them look at you like your an idiot when you're actually trying to help them.
