I have seen plenty of trucks with those little plastic caps completely missing, trucks ran just fine.
Like others have said though, just make sure that fuel is not leaking in the solenoid to have caused it to pop off there. None of the solenoids should be getting wet with fuel.

Will do, I'll dab some silicone on there. The little drop of moisture I saw may have been just that, moisture. All dry around the four actuators.
