Time to "renegotiate! He has recourse with the finance co.or bank.
It's not in their interest to finance a piece of equipment that is so close to catastrophic failure and imminent default. They can kill the deal pdq.
Now, if they would like to finance an inframe....
At least give rhe guy a fighting chance without being stuck with a time bomb.

Looks like the truck owner is going the long road and attempting to get the truck remedied instead of getting a different one. He didn't want the video to effect the outcome of the repairs in any negative way, so he politely asked me to remove it.
Maybe he has some good luck with that, only the future will reveal the answers.
