That’s what it says on my dash .. saying boost pressure... and my truck has dpf delete.. I’m also going to check the other things tree98 suggested ..

You did not mention what your "normal boost pressure" is.

Boost pressure is about 5 psi when unloaded on flat rd and about 5-10 psi when I’m loaded on flat rd and when going up a slight hill or something it hits about 20-25 psi loaded

That's too low, unless your driving it that way intentionally. Why don't you get your program checked out before you go any further?
