RE: Peterbilt 2015 cm2350 list of issues - Mal4shtf - 01-02-2025 Have you checked your air filters? Have you tested for boost leaks? This is not a surprise, the guys that worked on you're truck probably worked at 7-11 the week before. You're likely going to need to take matters into your own hands to fix it. The first thing you need is that inline adapter and the 2 programs I mentioned earlier. RE: Peterbilt 2015 cm2350 list of issues - Trey7981 - 01-03-2025 Issue fixed, there was a burnt exhaust gasket on the down pipe from the turbo. Replaced it and the codes cleared! Nevermind made it to the interstate and codes came back!!! RE: Peterbilt 2015 cm2350 list of issues - Rawze - 01-04-2025 if you only 'cleaned' the sensors, such as the IMAP and others, .. then that is not good enough. Replace them. RE: Peterbilt 2015 cm2350 list of issues - Trey7981 - 01-04-2025 Brand new sensors include: imap, egr pressure, exhaust pressure, egr delta p, and dpf delta p, dealership swore it was ecm issue and of course it didn’t fix it. I’m starting to think my dpf was damaged when it was cleaned about 20-25k ago. Dealers talking doc $6000 dpf $2500 or turbo $8000 I’m think partially clogged /damaged dpf cause codes only trigger under acceleration. If I clear codes truck will idle and regen fine. Once I accelerate to get on the interstate codes pop. If its not fixed you won't pay for it. That way after they replace them all and it's still not fixed you won't owe them $16K and still have an broken truck. MAKE them diagnose it not just throw parts at it on your dime. RE: Peterbilt 2015 cm2350 list of issues - Trey7981 - 01-04-2025 Last night after repair truck was making 45psi on manifold pressure gauge under hard acceleration. That doesn’t seem right I’ve never seen over 38psi. RE: Peterbilt 2015 cm2350 list of issues - Trey7981 - 01-06-2025 Well the dealer is stumped, they are trying an overlay on the wiring just in case there is an issue. But next is a Cummins ticket.. |
