it is also well known that fuses and breakers in the fuse panel can get discolored pins and cause ghost problems like that.
Also, it being a PACCAR cab controller,... they are well known for software glitches and problems, especially regarding the gauge cluster lights and other tings. -- Sometimes the cab controller needs a hard reset to fix these ghosts...
