I was looking at wiring diagram for this. Can anyone tell me where this Left side Dash mount dual post ground plate is?

I'm thinking it's the one outside on the firewall up by the air lines...

I check those grounds on the firewall near the airlines. Everything is clean and tight. I did replace the relays in fuse box.

OK so for anyone following this. The issue was the wiring going into the pump about 6 inches back had 2 rubbed spots that had made it through the wiring harness. Once we repaired that everything worked as it should....

Sorry in the delay in posting the pics Mr Hagg. Computer issuse. Mr Hagg found the issuse in mins. It look like the wire loom that is around the pump has chew thru the wires. when i get the pics on to this computer I will post them.
