Since the ecm was replaced its two codes, same codes as before minus the Derate code” has 2hrs till derate right now” egr outlet pressure erratic and dpf diff pressure erratic codes 3138 and 5715

turbo arm slipping / out of calibration?
We recalibrated the turbo yesterday when I saw this just in case.

Thats a good place to start but if there's something internally wrong with the turbo ring, calibrating it won't solve the problem. The ecm will think the turbo position is correct but it won't be. Take the actuator off and do a turbo inspection.

If the VG ring sector gear is slipping or something else causing the actual position of the ring to be somewhere other than where it's commanded to be you could have the symptoms your having.

Just got word from the dealer that the truck is fixed and did a 20 mile test drive to verify. I told them please do another test drive of 50 miles. But the issue appears to be the egr pressure sensor has a duplicate part # with the isb exhaust sensor which has since been updated. This sensor must have been an old part in the shelf and the ISX and ISB sensors have a different pressure range but look identical. We will see tomorrow

Glad to hear it's fixed. Hopefully they aren't going to charge you for all that wasted time that was there own fault.
